Digi Bazars provides downloadable digital assets including website templates, Canva/Figma designs, ebooks, spreadsheets, graphic kits, and business tools. All sales represent licenses to access and utilize digital files — no physical parcel is shipped.
2. Digital License & Permitted Usage
Upon verified payment, Digi Bazars grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license:
- Permitted: You may use the purchased digital product for personal projects, client deliverables, business presentations, and customized end products.
- Prohibited: You may NOT redistribute, resell, sub-license, share download links publicly, or upload raw template files to file-sharing networks or stock marketplaces.
3. Instant Delivery & Download Tokens
Delivery is electronic and instantaneous. After successful payment through Razorpay, a secure download link is shown immediately on screen and dispatched to your email address. Download links are valid for personal use and protected against abuse.
4. Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, and intellectual property within our products remain the exclusive property of Digi Bazars and its content creators. Purchasing grants a license, not ownership of the underlying copyrights.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy and compatibility, Digi Bazars does not guarantee that third-party software (such as Photoshop, Canva, Excel) will function without updates or system-specific adjustments.
